Venue History:

The Leapin Lizard Event Space is located in the historic Covington Mainstrasse district. The event space was originally a United Methodist Church that was built in 1886, then an eclectic art gallery, and is now a unique and fun event space. Colorful, original stained glass and a working pipe organ coexist with modern works of art to form a one-of-a-kind venue that is perfect for wedding ceremonies, receptions, birthday parties, corporate parties, concerts, shows, and more.

Venue History:

Built in 1847, The Sanctuary is the second oldest (standing) former Catholic church in Cincinnati. Today, the space has been fully restored and is operated by Community Matters as a gathering space for celebrations, performances, weddings, meetings, and community events. Proceeds from renting The Sanctuary support the mission of Community Matters: to create a thriving and more just community by removing barriers to opportunity.

Venue History:

An example of organic architecture, the park’s pavilion was designed by architect R. Carl Freund in 1955 to serve as an outdoor dancing venue. It features a cantilever roof, bandstand and three pergolas that form the pavilion’s signature concrete canopy.

The entrance to the building is at the street corner, not the large decorative stairs. The floor type is wooden.

Venue History:

Harmony Lodge began as the town hall for Winton Place in the late 1800s. In 1928, the building was rededicated as a Masonic Lodge. In 1980, the building was acquired by Harmony Lodge, Inc., the permanent home of Cincinnati's barbershop harmony choruses. Read more at the venue's website.
