Registration Extras

New for CincyHop 2019

Pizza! CincyHop is pre-selling pizza to be delivered to the Sanctuary at 12am between our Friday night and late night dances. You guarantee yourself a minimum of two slices for $5.

Student Discount! We are encouraging high school and college students with a flat $5 discount on all our pre-registration pricing tiers. You will be asked to show your ID at event check-in. Any correlation between our student discount and pizza pre-sale is strictly coincidental.

T-shirts are available for purchase at the time of registration for $15. Design and sizing information is included in the registration form. Limited shirts may be available before and at the event, but sizing is not guaranteed. We often sell out!

Mix & Match Competition

Once again, CincyHop will be hosting a Mix and Match competition on Saturday night! The entry fee is $5. You will be able to register for the competition at the time of registration or in-person at any of the dances before the competition starts.

In a Mix & Match competition, you register as an individual (no partner needed). You are randomly paired with a partner during the preliminary round (prelims) and switch partners to dance several songs. If you are selected for the finals, you will be randomly paired with a partner for the entire final round.

The competition is open to all. If you’ve never competed before, this is a great time to give it a shot! We will be offering passes to regional events as prizes.

Payment Information

CincyHop attendees pay to reserve their spot at events, and CincyHop uses that payment to make the event happen.

This means we cannot offer full refunds. Instead, you can transfer your pass to the next year’s event. The transfer applies to you only and only for the following calendar year. You must contact CincyHop via email and receive emailed acknowledgment of the request for the pass transfer to be complete. Pass transfer requests are normally due at the same time that housing closes before an event (customarily roughly two weeks prior to the event). Your early registration helps us fund the event sooner and take care of our band and venue deposits and payments on time. Please be mindful of our payment options when you register.

You will either be able to pay via PayPal (no additional fees and easy for you and us) or make a cash or check payment. Your PayPal payment must be completed at the time of registration, or your registration will not be recorded.

If you choose the cash or check option, you will have two weeks to complete your cash/check payment, or we will require that you pay the current price tier’s rate.

Thank you for your understanding – we look forward to putting on a great event this year and years to come!

Questions or problems with your registration or payment? Email, and we will do our best to resolve your issue quickly.
